Dexie the best sous chef

Dexie from a very early age loves to cook with me. Yesterday he helped me collect purslane or γλυστριδα (glistrida) as they call it in Greek, from our garden. In some countries it's considered a weed but for us in Greece it's a delicacy!

The flowers, stems and leaves are all edible, but dexter likes to sort them out. Tastes delicious if you add it to a tomato salad with feta cheese (of course) and onions.
