My new wonderful journey

On February i embarked on the most fulfilling, challenging and exciting journey. The journey of becoming a Vinyasa Yoga Teacher.

We are 23 students in the group and one is more wonderful than the other. There is so much information to absorb so taking small steps at a time.

Both emotionally and physically it's been very hard, however I would change a thing. It's the most beautiful life journey - apart from becoming a mother - that I have been on! Namaste
