Lemon Sole for oski and me at lunch time



Dead easy recipe.

Take two lemon sole fillets as seen on the photo and place them skin down in a pan with approximately 50grs of butter and one tbs olive oil. Season with salt and pepper. As the fillets are quite thin they need no more than 2 to 3 minutes on each side. Just before plating them sprinkle with fresh parsley and place half a lemon on the side as a garnish.
