Here is another quickie yet very tasteful dip that you can enjoy with either crackers / bread sticks or raw vegetables.
1 tub half fat philadelphia cream cheese or any other brand you like - (optional you can also go for the full fat version)
Put the cream cheese in a bowl and add a 2 handfuls of chopped dill and 3 chopped spring onions. Mix well and season with salt and pepper.
For the final touch i always add tabasco as it gives it an extra kick!
Tip - you can also use this mix in a sandwich and add smoked salmon a bit of lemn and rocket salad! Yum! Oh and don't forget to add some pepper on the salmon! Finally i find the best bread for such a sandwich is toasted brown granary bread but of course you can use whatever you like.
